The USB connection provides a convenient way to add wireless networking without installing an internal PCIe card. Confirm driver support for your exact operating system before ordering.

Key Features

AC1300 Dual-Band WiFi
Supports listed maximum link rates of up to 400Mbps on 2.4GHz or 867Mbps on 5GHz. AC1300 describes the speed class; these rates do not combine into one connection. Actual throughput depends on the router, signal conditions, network traffic and connected equipment.

Adjustable 5dBi External Antenna
Reposition the antenna to suit your workspace and test different orientations for reception. The adjustable design provides flexibility around a desktop case or laptop. Walls, nearby metal surfaces and interference can affect wireless performance.

USB 3.0 with USB 2.0 Compatibility
Connects through a USB Type-A port and supports USB 3.0, with backward compatibility for USB 2.0 ports. Use a suitable USB 3.0 port where available; the host connection can affect achievable throughput.

Client Mode and Supported SoftAP Sharing
Use client mode to connect your computer to a WiFi network. Where supported by the operating system and driver, SoftAP or hotspot functionality can share the computer’s existing internet connection with other devices. The computer must remain powered and configured for sharing.

Driver CD and Setup Guide Included
Includes a driver CD and user manual for installation. Setup requirements vary by operating system. Confirm that a matching driver is available for your exact Windows, macOS or Linux version before purchase.
